Your story is a vibrant tapestry, woven from threads of joy, struggle, hope, and resilience—each moment adding depth and beauty to who you are. I believe healing unfolds when we honor all the threads of your journey—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. It is my privilege to walk alongside you, offering a safe space to weave a story of growth, freedom, and hope.
As a counselor specializing in art therapy and traditional talk therapy, I take a trauma-informed, holistic approach to support young adults, teens, and children. In art therapy, no art skills are required; it's about the process, not the product. My sessions blend compassion with evidence-based practices, tailored to each person.
I hold a Master of Arts in Art Therapy and Counseling from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor and Provisionally Licensed Art Therapist. I live in the St. Louis area with my adventurous pup and love spending time with my family and friends, especially when it is paired with a tasty meal. I love all things outdoors—whether hiking, paddle boarding, or just being out under the sun.
