My approach to counseling begins with humility, compassion, and a commitment to creating safety, attunement, and trust. I believe these are essential in shaping meaningful change. I value the stories and strengths that clients bring into the room, and I aim to build on them in our work together.
Whether I’m working with children or adults, I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. I draw from DBT, CBT, and Play Therapy to help clients understand their emotions, navigate trauma, and build skills that support healing and resilience. I view my role as a steady presence, walking alongside you as you grow in insight and resilience.
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and am working toward my provisional license as well as becoming a Registered Play Therapist.
I live in St. Charles, MO and find balance through my faith, time with family, and creative pursuits. I enjoy knitting, spending time in nature, and playing with my grandsons. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the Greater St. Louis community with compassion and humility.
